We provide free advice centres at most main Sunday fairs where you can obtain independent friendly advice on nearly everything to do with computing.

Given time and space, you may also bring in your computer that you are having problems with for our experts to have a look at. We cannot guarantee to cure everything but if we can't fix it there and then, we will usually be able to give good advice as to what you should do next. PLEASE bring in ALL parts of your computer including monitor, keyboard and mouse. When bringing in a system it is a good idea to contact us first to ensure the advice centre will be at the venue you are intending to visit (contact us).

The most common problems arise when trying to upgrade the processor or memory. We cannot advise properly unless we have full details of your motherboard - so BRING IN any appropriate manuals you have at home.
